Fees:
• For U6-U9, the cost is $80. This includes a free clinic at the start of the season. Registration deadline is July 15 and a $20 late fee is charged after that.
• For U10-U18, the cost is $100. There is a $20 late fee after July 1.
• All payment is online via debit or credit card.

Birth Certificates Required for Players New To Magnolia Soccer Club
• Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires us to verify player eligibility through certified birth Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires us to verify player eligibility through certified birth certificates
• They may be scanned and emailed to magsocclub@yahoo.com .
• After we verify the information, we delete the emailed copies.

Team placement
• We cannot honor special requests for team placement including playing up.
• New Mod teams are formed each year based on coach availability and player experience.
• Association players U11 and above usually return to their prior team.

Scholarships
• The Magnolia Soccer Club is committed to providing opportunities for children to play recreational soccer. Scholarships are available through the Magnolia Soccer Development Fund.
• Those players in need of scholarships should e-mail the club registrar at magsoccclub@yahoo.com .
• Applications will be reviewed as needed on a case by case basis.

Refund Policy
• Refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee for players choosing not to play.
• Full refunds will be given if we cannot find a team for you - this rarely occurs.
• No refunds after first games of Fall season.

Coach Registration
• You need to register every year.
• Use the special request field to indicate your preferred co-coach or assistant coach.

A member of your family played in Magnolia Soccer last season
1. Login to your member account at http://magnoliasoccer.org User name and password are case sensitive. E-mail us if you were in Magnolia Soccer last year but cannot get a username and password -- DO NOT try to create a new member account.
2. Select an existing player or "someone else" and click register now
3. Enter or verify the player data
4. Select the proper age and gender
5. Register another player or proceed to payment.

New to Magnolia Soccer this year - no member of your family played in Magnolia Soccer last year
1. Create a new member account as Parent/Guardian #1 for your family.
2. Click on "Register Now", then click on "Player Registration" and Select "No, register a new participant" and click next
3. Select the proper age and gender
4. Enter the player information
5. Register another player or proceed to payment.
